{"id":663,"date":"2024-01-10T13:05:14","date_gmt":"2024-01-10T12:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ektc.si\/?page_id=663"},"modified":"2024-02-21T14:49:40","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T13:49:40","slug":"projects-in-progress","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ektc.si\/en\/projects-in-progress\/","title":{"rendered":"Projects &#8211; in progress"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>regioGREEN<\/strong><br>United for a green future: Strengthening sustainable practices among youth in Slovenia and Austria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main goal of our project &#8220;regioGREEN&#8221; is to enhance mutual trust and establish an ecosystem of cross-border cooperation and networking among young students and teachers from Slovenia and Austria in the field of environmental awareness and sustainable development. Through two youth exchange events that will take place over a nine-month period, we aim to achieve the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to raise awareness among students about the importance of sustainable development and renewable energy sources. The qualitative measure of success will be an increase in their knowledge, understanding, and awareness of sustainable practices and their active involvement in reducing their carbon footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We target improving intercultural understanding among Slovenian and Austrian students. We want students to connect with each other, share knowledge and experiences, and learn about different approaches to environmental sustainability. The measure of success will be the establishment of lasting connections and openness to different ways of thinking and practical action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students will develop key competencies such as teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving in connection with environmental sustainability. The goal is to strengthen and permanently improve their skills, which will benefit them both within the project and in their future lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to achieve lasting changes in the awareness of young students about the importance of environmental sustainability and their active involvement in sustainable practices. The measure of success will be the establishment of a network and maintenance of activities between project partners even after the end of the project, in the form of cross-border events on both the Austrian and Slovenian sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is co-financed within the Interreg Slovenia-Austria program by the European Regional Development Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Gemeinsam f\u00fcr eine gr\u00fcne Zukunft: St\u00e4rkung nachhaltiger Praktiken bei Jugendlichen in Slowenien und \u00d6sterreich<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Hauptziel unseres Projekts &#8220;regioGREEN&#8221; ist es, das gegenseitige Vertrauen zu st\u00e4rken und ein \u00d6kosystem der grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung zwischen jungen Sch\u00fclern und Lehrern aus Slowenien und \u00d6sterreich auf dem Gebiet des Umweltbewusstseins und der nachhaltigen Entwicklung zu etablieren. Durch zwei Jugend-Austauschveranstaltungen, die \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von neun Monaten stattfinden werden, streben wir folgendes an:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir m\u00f6chten das Bewusstsein der Sch\u00fcler f\u00fcr die Bedeutung der nachhaltigen Entwicklung und erneuerbarer Energiequellen erh\u00f6hen. Das qualitative Erfolgskriterium wird eine Steigerung ihres Wissens, ihres Verst\u00e4ndnisses und ihres Bewusstseins f\u00fcr nachhaltige Praktiken sowie ihre aktive Beteiligung an der Reduzierung ihres \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdrucks sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir zielen darauf ab, das interkulturelle Verst\u00e4ndnis zwischen slowenischen und \u00f6sterreichischen Sch\u00fclern zu verbessern. Wir m\u00f6chten, dass die Sch\u00fcler miteinander in Verbindung treten, Wissen und Erfahrungen austauschen und verschiedene Ans\u00e4tze zur Umweltschonung kennenlernen. Das Erfolgskriterium wird die Etablierung dauerhafter Verbindungen und die Offenheit f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Denkweisen und praktisches Handeln sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sch\u00fcler werden Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen wie Teamarbeit, Kommunikation, kritisches Denken und Probleml\u00f6sung im Zusammenhang mit Umweltschonung entwickeln. Das Ziel ist es, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten zu st\u00e4rken und dauerhaft zu verbessern, was ihnen sowohl innerhalb des Projekts als auch in ihrem zuk\u00fcnftigen Leben zugutekommen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir m\u00f6chten langfristige Ver\u00e4nderungen im Bewusstsein junger Sch\u00fcler hinsichtlich der Bedeutung der Umweltschonung und ihrer aktiven Beteiligung an nachhaltigen Praktiken erreichen.
