At the EKTC Maribor, we also operate a project office where we implement international and national projects and involve young people in preparing and creating project documentation, as well as in project executions for effective project management in accessing state and European non-refundable funds.<\/p>\n
We conduct various educational workshops and collaborate with organizations across Europe:<\/p>\n
– activities from ideation, problem analysis, preparation, and creation of projects in the prescribed project documentation,
– technical project support: project management (project phases), work methodologies, information, and promotion of projects,
– preparation of project report documentation (e-MA, JEMS,…)
– monitoring and controlling projects.<\/p>\n
